What this board is built on, and where it stops

Method

All data comes from public Arc mainnet events. Prices shown are the exact USDC values attached to each authorization. Gas is paid in USDC. We list nothing that has not settled onchain.

The two-decimals trap

USDC on Arc has 18 decimals at the gas layer and 6 decimals through the ERC-20 on the same balance. Every payment also emits two Transfer events — one from the predeploy, one native-balance copy from a system address at ×10^12. A poster's “did they pay” query has to filter by the address the event was emitted from, or it counts by a trillion.

Sources

Public Arc JSON-RPC, eth_getLogs over a ~2,000-block window per query
USDC predeploy 0x3600000000000000000000000000000000000000 · ERC-3009 authorization state
Blockscout Arc: link-out reference only, its /api/v2 returns 403 from a server
Current measured base fee: 20.0 Gwei (eth_feeHistory, live)

What we never do

No custody of user funds, ever — the poster's own signature holds the authorization until a worker spends it. No token information here before launch: no contract address, no supply, no pool link. Missing data is shown as missing, not filled in. A floor price of about 5 cents exists because a single EIP-3009 settlement costs 112,519 gas (0.00226 USDC) — not because anything here is free.
